1. SHIPPINGS

All orders will be processed between 2-3 business day

We rely on:

• BRT or Poste Italiane for national shipping
• UPS couriers for most European shipments and international shipments except Australia, China, Japan and Oceania

We provide tracked shipping for all destinations, with estimated delivery times as follows:

• Italy: within 6 business days
• Europe: within 9 business days
• International: up to 15 business days (may vary by location)

Free shipping is available on orders above:

• €200 within Italy
• €450 within Europe
• €800 for international destinations

A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

2. RETURNS

Solid Works Studio accepts returns within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with Italian law. Please note the following conditions regarding returns:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Any duties incurred during the return shipment will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed and confirmed.
• Returns will not be accepted if the security tag has been removed or tampered with.

Our products are unique, pre-owned, and often show signs of wear, which are clearly documented through detailed photos and custom measurements on each product page. The exact item depicted in the photos is the one you will receive.

We curate original vintage pieces and do our best to photograph and describe every imperfection or flaw. Images are post produced to standardize lighting and background and to achieve a clean e-commerce look; this does not alter the actual condition of the garment and does not remove defects, wear or discoloration. Photos show the actual item and minor color differences may occur due to your device. 2. MEASUREMENTS AND SIZING

Always refer to the Product Measurements section, which explains how we take measurements. Measurements are taken by hand and slight variations may occur. The stated size comes from the label when available, or from our best estimate; due to age, washing or wear, the labeled size may not reflect the true fit. Please rely on the listed measurements.
