SHIPPING & RETURNS

1. SHIPPINGS

All orders will be processed between 2-3 business day

We rely on:

  • BRT or Poste Italiane for national shipping
  • UPS couriers for most European shipments and international shipments

We provide tracked shipping for all destinations, with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • Italy: within 6 business days
  • Europe: within 9 business days
  • International: up to 15 business days (may vary by location)

If you’re unable to select a shipping option at checkout, please contact us at office@solidworkstudio.com or via Instagram @solidworkstudio. We’ll be happy to assist and find the best solution. We typically reply within 1–2 business days.

Free shipping is available on orders above:

  • €150 within Italy
  • €450 within Europe

A tracking number will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

2. RETURNS

Solid Works Studio accepts returns within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with European law. Please note the following conditions regarding returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any duties incurred during the return shipment will be deducted from your refund once the return has been processed and confirmed.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the security tag has been removed or tampered with.
  • If the item is returned without suitable packaging, or with packaging that is non-compliant or damaged, we reserve the right to assess any damage or loss in value and apply a corresponding deduction from the refund.

To start a return request, please email office@solidworkstudio.com and include your order number in the subject line. If your order contains multiple items, please specify which item(s) you wish to return.

Our products are unique, pre-owned, and often show signs of wear, which are clearly documented through detailed photos and custom measurements on each product page.
