1. SHIPPING

All orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 2–3 business days.

We use BRT or Poste Italiane for domestic shipments. UPS is used for most European and international shipments, except for certain destinations, including Australia, China, Japan and Oceania, where the courier may vary.

Tracked shipping is provided for all destinations. Estimated delivery times after the order has been handed over to the courier are:

Italy: within 6 business days
Europe: within 9 business days
International destinations: up to 15 business days, depending on the destination and any customs procedures

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent by email. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Solid Works Studio.

2. RETURNS

Solid Works Studio accepts returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable Italian and European consumer law.

To start a return, click on the Return Form and follow the online procedure. Once all the required steps have been completed, the return request will be registered automatically and you will receive the necessary return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties, customs charges or additional costs incurred during the return shipment will be deducted from the refund.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Returns will not be accepted if the security tag has been removed, cut, damaged or tampered with.

The item must be returned using suitable and sufficiently protective packaging. If an item is returned without appropriate packaging, or with packaging that is damaged or unsuitable, we reserve the right to assess any resulting damage or loss in value and apply a corresponding deduction to the refund.

Once the parcel has been received, the return will be inspected and processed within 2–3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been inspected and approved. The time required for the funds to appear may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

Our products are unique, pre-owned and may show signs of wear, imperfections or changes related to age. We carefully document each item through detailed photographs, descriptions and custom measurements. The exact item shown in the photographs is the one you will receive.

1. CONDITION AND TRANSPARENCY

We curate original vintage pieces and do our best to photograph and describe every imperfection or flaw. Images are post produced to standardize lighting and background and to achieve a clean e-commerce look; this does not alter the actual condition of the garment and does not remove defects, wear or discoloration. Photos show the actual item and minor color differences may occur due to your device. If you have any doubts, please contact us; if you’re unsure the item will work for you, we recommend not purchasing to minimize returns.

2. MEASUREMENTS AND SIZING

Always refer to the Product Measurements section, which explains how we take measurements. Measurements are taken by hand and slight variations may occur. The stated size comes from the label when available, or from our best estimate; due to age, washing or wear, the labeled size may not reflect the true fit. Please rely on the listed measurements.
